Delivery & Installation Policy
Drop ship deliveries ship via FedEx or LTL direct from the manufacturer. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for Drop ship Deliveries. Drop ship is dock-to-dock only. If you require lift-gate services or inside delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-888-838-7647 to arrange for additional services.
Orders for Cubicles in A week and Benching Workstations are not available for Drop ship delivery.
Inside Delivery & Set-up Service:
Inside delivery & Set-up service is only available within 7-15 days or less to the limited zip codes in New Jersey. Please contact or call 1-888-838-7647 to ask for availability. Please note that delivery & Set-up service includes assembly, installation and disposal of packaging materials.
All deliveries require a signature upon transfer of goods. You or your representative must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, except major holidays) to accept and sign for delivery. Please inspect delivered goods while driver is still on site, note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment. Orders shipped and refused will be assessed an additional shipping charge for reshipment of the order.
* You MUST note any delivery damage on the delivery ticket or bill of lading. It is best to completely inspect delivered products while the driver is present, before signing for the delivery. If there is severe damage please contact us immediately so we can handle it at that time. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of acceptance of delivery.
* If there are product related issues, it is very important that you keep all shipping and packing materials. We cannot accept returns (for replacement or credit) that do not have all original packaging.
Home deliveries are not available in some rural areas of the United States. If this is the case with your order we will contact you.
