Manufacturers' Warranties

At CEI Express, we stand behind our quality products. We are committed to upholding manufacturer warranties during their specified time frame. Manufacturers’ warranties vary, and may cover parts and or complete items based on the warranty conditions, at sole discretion of manufacturer.  Service charges may apply for labor to replace parts or travel to customer’s location, under certain circumstances at dealer’s discretion.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are proud to offer quality products with great value to our customers. ALL PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND ORDERS ONCE PLACED CANNOT BE CANCELLED, NO EXCEPTIONS. FREIGHT DAMAGE IS COVERED AND REPLACEMENT FURNITURE WILL BE SHIPPED OR REPLACEMENT PARTS SENT AT NO CHARGE IF FREIGHT DAMAGE OCCURS. If your order is incomplete and missing items, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of product so we can investigate and if necessary reorder your items. Failure to contact us with 24 hours will void any returns or refunds.

Product Availability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of product availability. However, there are occasions when certain products are no longer available from our manufacturers or suppliers. In such cases there may be a delay between the time we learn of such changes and the promptness with which that change is reflected on our website. Therefore, product availability is subject to change without notice. We will do our level best to fulfill all orders. However, if a product becomes unavailable between the time the product is ordered and the time the order is processed, we may not be able to fulfill the order. In such instances your purchase will be immediately refunded.
